Herbert Hoover signed photo display. Hoover's autograph inscription to the delicate mat under his portrait reads in full, ''To Lace Persons / With Kind Regards of Herbert Hoover'' in ink. Sepia toned matte photo measures 10.5'' x 13.5'', mounted to an overall size of 11.5'' x 14.75''. Photo is near fine with only light silvering. Mat has irregular edges and paper loss to back of photo. Overall very good condition.
