Attractive gothic Old English document. Paper document on a single sheet contains 19 lines of text penned in black ink. The last remnants of a wax seal are apparent at the bottom at center. Measures 12'' x 8''. Mounted attractively upon a sage green fabric mat and framed to an overall size of 20'' x 16.25''. Toning, creasing and an inch-long horizontal tear to the right edge at the bottom. Near fine given age.
