Imprinted to reverse is the dedication, ''Awarded / By The / Grumman Corporation / For / Outstanding Scientific / Achievement / Dr. Kenneth G. Wilson / September 16, 1986''. A laurel sprig design decorates the bottom. Rim is inscribed with a copyright symbol, dated 1986, and also reads, ''Medallic Art Co. Danbury, CT - Bronze''. Measures 3'' in diameter and over 0.25'' thick. Weighs 242 grams. Near fine, in original velvet lined wooden case. With an LOA from Kenneth Wilson's widow.
