Ferdinand E. Marcos signed limited edition of ''Today's Revolution: Democracy.'' This limited edition, numbered 818 of 1,000, was published in 1971 during the Filipino dictator's 1965-1986 presidency. Signed on the limitation page, ''F E Marcos''. In an ironically undemocratic addendum, Marcos writes: ''...Events have overtaken this book...I have had to suspend the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus...'' Original unclipped dustjacket shows minor soiling, else very good. The 7'' x 9.25'' book is near fine.
