Logo is surrounded by the name of the organization. Medal is mounted to black velvet above a plaque that reads, ''Feature Motion Picture / Achievement in Film Editing / 1963 / Dorothy Spencer / 'Cleopatra'''. A smaller medallion is nailed to the bottom edge of the frame at center. Measures 8.5'' x 10.5'' x 1.25''. Tarnishing to medal and slight discoloration to engraved piece, else near fine.
