The Burger Supreme Court Signed 21'' x 15.25'' Photo Showing the Justices in an Informal Pose -- Signed by All Nine Justices, From 1977

Fantastic photo of the Burger Supreme Court, signed by all nine Justices upon the photographic border, and showing the Justices in an informal pose with only Chief Justice Burger looking directly at the camera. Photo was taken in 1977 shortly after the confirmation of Justice John Paul Stevens. Justices sign from left to right: John Paul Stevens, Lewis F. Powell Jr., Harry A. Blackmun, William H. Rehnquist, Thurgood Marshall, William J. Brennan Jr., Warren E. Burger, Potter Stewart and Byron R. White. Half-matte photo measures 21" x 15.25". Some fading to Powell's signature, and minute block of toning, else near fine condition. With an LOA from the consignor, whose grandmother Raydell Bryant worked for the Supreme Court as an Assistant Marshall under Marshall Frank Helper.
