In response to the question, ''You made the wire voice recording. Do you have any idea of what might have happened to it?'' Beser replies, ''I gave it to our Group Intelligence Officer who passed it to Armed Forces Radio. It has since vanished.'' Signed at the conclusion ''Jacob Beser, 1st Lt.
