Circular bronze medal with a gramophone engraved at center reads: ''National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences / Grammy Nominee / 1992''. Medal is attached to a red satin ribbon. Medal measures 2'' in diameter; ribbon measures 1.75'' x 17''. Ribbon is starting to fray and wear near medal, else near fine condition.
