Dwight Eisenhower signs ''Ike'' as President to a letter typed on White House stationery datelined Augusta, 17 November 1959 to his brother Edgar with an additional postscript note initialed ''D.E.'' He writes, ''...I was interested in your report of your meeting with [Alabama Senator] Frank Boykin. He is, to be sure, an unusual individual. I understand from others who have been on his bird-shooting expeditions that such occasions are enjoyable...'' 2pp. letter measures 6.75'' x 9''. Punch holes and staple mark, else near fine.
