Italian document, dated 27 December 1938, signed by Benito Mussolini and Vittorio Emanuele III, ''King of Italy and Emperor of Ethiopia''. Both king and dictator sign the single page handwritten document on the verso in black pen. Routing markings and filing stamps present on face of 9.5''x 14.5'' document. Light toning and perforations to left edge, else very good condition.
