Unique Fidel Castro document signed, a University of Havana questionnaire dated 26 November 1945. Then a law student at the University of Havana, Castro completed this athletic questionnaire by hand in black ink, filling in personal information including his name and sports he played: ''...Basket. Track. Base-Ball...'' Other information includes his personal and family medical history, operations he had, his weight and height, etc. 2pp. document, front and verso, measures 8.5'' x 13''. In very good condition with some toning and foxing.
