First edition ''Jackdaw Kit'' containing copies of the official documents from the investigation into JFK's assassination. Compiled and designed by Michael Rand, Howard Loxton and Len Deighton, and published by Johnathon Cape/Jackdaw Publications: London: 1967. This set is complete with all original components: a scale drawing of Dealey Plaza for 3D assembly; the Associated Press photo of the stricken President; pages from the autopsy report including diagrams and medical illustrations of his fatal injuries; a copy of the anti-Kennedy handbill that circulated during his visit; FBI lab photos of his bloodstained bullet-pierced clothing; a partial transcript of Jackie's Warren Commission testimony recounting her experience of the shooting; a summary of the Secret Service interview with Alonzo Hudkins; a copy of the rifle ad in American Rifleman; a full-scale diagram of the Mannlicher-Carcano rifle; an unanswered questions pamphlet; and 5 Jackdaw Special broadsheets. Kit measures 14'' x 9''. Some wear to cover and pop-outs detached from diagram but present. Overall very good.
