Dwight D. Eisenhower typed letter signed as President, dated 15 January 1954 on official White House stationery. Short letter is addressed to Eisenhower's brother Edgar and reads: ''Dear Ed: Mamie and I send warm greetings for the happiest of birthdays. Have a joyous celebration, and many more years of success and good health. Hearty congratulations!'' Signed ''DE'' in black ink. Letter measures 6.25'' x 8.75'' on one page with two holes punched at top and a minor smudge. Near fine.
