Nixon signs just his name to the half title page: ''Richard Nixon'' in blue fine-point felt tip. Authored by Nixon five years after his resignation, he writes that World War III between the U.S. and the Soviet Union has begun: ''We are at war.'' Runs 341pp. Bound in red cloth boards with silver lettering. Measures 6.25'' x 9.5''. Includes original unclipped dustjacket with $12.50 price intact. Pencil notation ''signed 100'' to front free endpaper, else in fine condition. Faint creasing to dustjacket top edge. Near fine.
