American League Player's Contract signed by ''Hank Greenberg'' as the General Manager of the 1955 Cleveland Indians. Greenberg hit 58 home runs in 1938 as first baseman for the Detroit Tigers and became a five-time All-Star, and two-time American League MVP. He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1956. Contract is also signed by Hall of Famer William Harridge as President of the American League, and by the player, Howard C. Rodemoyer. 4pp. typed card-style document measures 8.5'' x 11.25''.
