Norman Rockwell autograph letter signed on his personal Stockbridge stationery. Single page letter to a Capt. Robbins reads, "I believe we met on Pan Am flight. You left me your card and I scribbled on it, 'send him autographed book.' Did I mean send you a bookplate or send him an autographed book? I believe you remember. Herewith is an autographed bookplate. Cordially, Norman Rockwell". Includes envelope addressed in Rockwell's hand and typed letter initialed "NR", possibly by his secretary. 7.25" x 10.5" letter is near fine.
