Original Leo Mielziner poster for a 1918 Red Cross universal membership campaign. The poster features a portrait of Woodrow Wilson, who served as Honorary Chairman of the American Red Cross during his presidency. Other works by Mielziner, a noted portrait artist, can be seen in The Metropolitan Museum of Art. The 20'' x 27.5'' poster is laminated to an overall size of 22'' x 29''. Moderate chipping and tape residue to laminate, 4'' tear to bottom edge. Overall very good.
