For the amount of ''One Shilling Lawful Money'', a Barzillai Richmond grants Mehitabel Randall ''all the Right Title Interest Claim and Demand'' for ten acres ''On the West side of the River with a Dwelling House and other Buildings'' in the Town of Providence. Justice of the Peace and Town Clerk recording notations on verso. Minor soiling and separation to folds of 7.5'' x 12.5'' one page document with intact red wax seals. Overall in very good condition.
