Grammy Award winner Sarah Vaughan signs five contracts, dated from 11 December 1978 to 10 April 1979, relating to her company, Vaughan/Reed, Inc. When jazz singer Vaughan married trumpeter Waymon Reed in 1978, he became her musical director and manager of her group. A corporation name change is reflected in the 13 December 1978 documents, when the Rams Hall Corp. became Vaughan/Reed, Inc. Each 8.5'' x 11'' typewritten contract is signed, ''Sarah Vaughan''. Reed signs three contracts as director/vice president. Near fine condition.
