Sally Ride's personally owned STS-6 Robbins medal, the first flight of Space Shuttle Challenger. Unflown, with serial number ''226'' on rim, along with the Robbins and sterling hallmarks. Features mission insignia in relief on front, with astronauts' names and April 1983 launch and reentry dates on reverse. Pentagon-shaped medal measures 1.875'' at its widest point, housed in original Robbins case. Near fine condition. With an LOA from CMG Worldwide who represents the Sally Ride estate.
