Marilyn Monroe and Arthur Miller signed mortgage deed for their farmhouse on Tophet Road in Roxbury, Connecticut. Dated 20 December 1957, shortly before Monroe would film ''Some Like It Hot''. Deed is signed by Monroe with her flowing signature in blue ballpoint, ''Marilyn Monroe Miller'' and by Miller, ''Arthur Miller''. Measures 27.75'' x 8.5'', with additional page measuring 12.875'' x 8.5'' stapled on, providing boundary lines of the property. Well-preserved in near fine condition.
