1928 official Italian document signed by Benito Mussolini and Vittorio Emanuele III. Official document bears the name of title of King Emanuele III. Both men sign the handwritten document on the verso in black pen. Routing markings and filing stamps present on front of document, which measures 9.5'' x 14.5'' Overall toning, rust residue from metal fastener and foxing. Very good condition.
