Extremely rare Bruce Lee signed and handwritten membership application for an individual who studied under Lee at his Jun Fan Gung Fu Institute in Seattle, Lee's first Institute. Dated 12 March 1964, the official membership application is entirely in Lee's hand, signed by Lee in blue ballpoint, ''Bruce Lee'', for an individual named Jude Satterthwaite who was recommended by Lee's protege Pat Strong. Lee opened the Seattle Institute in August 1963, which was his first school before he moved to Oakland, California in August 1964. Heavy paper folder measures 9.25'' x 11.5'', with the Institute's red and gold yin/yang symbol on the cover. Minor edgewear with small stain on margin, overall very good plus condition.
