Bronze Volleyball medal from the XXIe Olympiad, awarded at the Olympic games in Montreal, Canada in 1976. Front of medal features a design originally created for the 1928 games, showing a woman surrounded by the symbols of Victory, Fraternity and Universality. The emblem of the Montreal Games and a laurel wreath are displayed to reverse of the bronze medal, won in the sport of Volleyball, which is engraved to the rim. Weighs 124 grams and measures 60 mm in diameter. Minor patina discoloration, overall very good plus condition. A rare and desirable awarded medal from the 1976 games.
