Kathleen Willey autograph essay signed, describing her disturbing encounter with Bill Clinton in the private study of the Oval Office when she worked as his aide, leading her to allege sexual harassment against the former President. Composed on her personal stationery, document reads in full:
''President Bill Clinton took advantage of my emotional distress at a time when my husband was missing. I had just told him that my husband was in financial difficulty, that things were at a crisis point, that my volunteer days were over and I needed a regular paying job. I asked for his help. He said he would do everything he could to help me. We turned back to the hallway leading to the Oval Office. As we got to the door, he stopped and gave me a big hug and said he was very sorry for what was happening to me. That hug lasted a little longer than I thought necessary, but I was not concerned about it. Then he kissed me on my mouth and pulled me closer to him. I remember thinking, 'What in the world is he doing?' I pushed away from him, but he's a big man. He had his arms tightly around me and he touched my breasts. Then he whispered in my ear, 'I've wanted to do this every since I laid eyes on you.' I asked him if he was afraid someone would walk in, but he said, 'no.' Then he took my hand and put it on his erection. I thought maybe I should give him a good slap across the face. Then I thought, 'Well, I don't think I can slap the President of the United States like that. I decided it was time to get out of there. I could not believe the recklessness of that act. I have wondered many times if I had sent the wrong signal. The only signal I sent that day was I was very distraught. Too many lies are being told by Clinton and his administration regarding his sexual harassment. Too many lives are being ruined. I think it's time for the truth to come out. Bill Clinton has committed perjury. He is a reckless molester. / Kathleen E. Willey, former White House aide to President Bill Clinton''. Sheet measures 6.25'' x 9.25'', composed in blue pen.
