Measuring 8.125'' square, tray features the Great Seal at center in color, above Rice's facsimile gilt signature, with the border adorned in a navy blue and gilt star pattern. Underside reads, ''Presented by / Condoleezza Rice / 66th Secretary of State / Lenox''. Near fine condition.
