Sorbet cup and saucer in the White House pattern, made for the official state dinner on 9 November 2000 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the White House. Double-handle cup and saucer feature a raised white floral and leaf pattern against a pale yellow background with gilt accents. Each carries the Lenox maker's mark on underside: ''The White House / 200th Anniversary / 1800-2000 / Lenox / Made in U.S.A.'' Cup additionally has ''The Lenox Museum Collection'' noted. Cup measures 3.625'' in diameter across the mouth and 2.125'' tall. Saucer measures 5.75'' in diameter. Fine condition.
