NASA ''Flight Operations Plan J Missions'' dated 1 January 1971 shortly before the Apollo 15 mission, which was the first to use a Lunar Roving Vehicle (LRV). J missions were for longer stays on the moon, equipped with an LRV. Report from the MSC in Houston measures 8'' x 10.5'', bound in red folder. Very good condition.
