NASA flag flown aboard STS-26 Discovery, the first mission after the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster. Flag was presented to Story Musgrave, the only astronaut to have flown on all five Space Shuttles. Blue flag measures approximately 5.5'' x 4'', affixed to presentation certificate measuring 11'' x 14''. Certificate reads ''Presented to F. Story Musgrave'' at top.
