Two page publicity rights agreement to be signed by Winton Dean, James Dean's father, regarding the use of Dean's likeness after his death. Dated 26 January 1956, unsigned agreement grants Dean's former agent, Jane Deacy, 50% of all net proceeds from various sources including Dean's TV, film and broadcast appearances, his writing and artwork, and ''all of his appearances and portrayals.'' Two pages on two separate sheets measure 8.5'' x 11'', stapled at top left. Very good to near fine condition. From the estate of James Dean's agent, Jane Deacy.
