Dated 1 July 1954, bill shows a credit of $10.78, with perforated stub still attached, which also has Dean's name and address printed. Another slip explains the credit as a disconnected extension line at the address of 175 W. 72nd St. Bill and stub together measure 9.75'' x 3.625'', housed in original envelope measuring 6.75'' x 3.75''. Near fine condition. From the estate of James Dean's agent, Jane Deacy.
