John Cullen Murphy original artwork for the ''Prince Valiant'' Sunday comic strip, #2379 in the series published 12 September 1982. Drawn in ink over graphite, with some red key lines and blue editorial notes, on three sections of illustration board, conjoined on verso to measure approximately 16.125'' x 22''. Paste-up of logo, and some lettering on first and fourth panels. Some light wear and discoloration, overall in very good condition. From the John Cullen Murphy estate.
