Holiday signs the front endpaper in fine black felt-tip, ''To Donald [illegible] / Billie Holiday''. Below her signature is information written in another hand, indicating that Holiday signed the book at the Sugar Hill nightclub in Newark, New Jersey. Book measures 6'' x 8.5''. In original dust jacket, with some rubbing and light chipping. Light cocking to book and some discoloration to boards, overall in very good condition.
