First UK edition, first printing of ''After the Funeral'' by Agatha Christie. London: The Crime Club, 1953, published two months after the US edition. Book is housed in original price-clipped dust jacket. Measures 5.252'' x 7.5''. Some tape repair to verso of jacket, with a few tears and paper loss; overall in fair condition. Light soiling to orange boards and bookseller writing to front free endpaper; very good condition. From the Gorringes Agatha Christie estate sale but not her personal copy.
