Golden Globe awarded in 1973 to Ellen Corby in the category of Best Supporting Actress for '''The Waltons'', where she played the beloved and strong-willed character of Grandma. A touchstone of American television, ''The Waltons'' is rated one of the best and most popular TV shows of all time.

Corby's Golden Globe has an engraved plaque mounted to the marble pedestal reading, ''Best Supporting Actress in a Television Show / 'The Waltons' / 1973 / Hollywood Foreign Press Association'', with serial number 3295. Statue measures 8.75'' tall on a 3.125'' x 3'' base. Some oxidation to gilt finish and small chip to marble, overall in very good condition. Accompanied by a photo of Corby with the Golden Globe.
