Original NASA report titled ''Results of the Third United States Manned Orbital Space Flight'', the Mercury-Atlas 8 mission manned by Walter Schirra Jr. on 3 October 1962. Schirra orbited the Earth a record six times on this mission. Report runs 120pp., with chapters titled ''Mission Operations'', ''Aeromedical Analysis'', ''Pilot Performance'' and ''Spacecraft and Launch-Vehicle Performance''. Measures 8'' x 10.25''. Sunning to spine with a small tear at top. Some wear and abrasion to front cover, and light overall soiling; very good condition.
