Dated 7 August (circa 1925), O'Neill writes to a Mr. and Mrs. Fraenkel, in part, ''...I have been so hard at work I have let all my correspondence go. / Much, much gratitude to you for your appreciation of 'Marco Millions'! It is good to know that it made such an impression on you. And it is letters like yours that give one the gratifying feeling that what one has to say is really being heard. / With all best wishes, / Eugene O'Neill.'' Letter measures 8.5'' x 5.5''.
