Red number NASA photo of one of the most iconic images from the space program and even all of history: ''Blue Marble'' that showed, for the first time, Earth fully illuminated from space. Printed on fiber-based paper with ''This Paper Manufactured by Kodak'' watermark on otherwise blank verso; Kodak changed its watermark from ''A Kodak Paper'' in 1972. Blue Marble was taken in December 1972 during the Apollo 17 mission, whose unique trajectory allowed the capture of Earth from this angle for the first time. With NASA red number at upper left, ''AS17-148-22727''. Measures 10'' x 8''. Some fading and very minor crease to left margin, else near fine condition.
