Bill Wilson signed ''Alcoholics Anonymous'' big book, with Wilson unusually signing his full name, ''Bill Wilson''. New York: Works Publishing Inc., 1946 first edition, tenth printing. Wilson inscribes the front free endpaper, ''To James Nolan / Congratulations & Best Wishes! / Bill Wilson / July/14/47''. With a later inscription underneath by Jim Nolan from 1972, 35 years later, passing the book to another individual in the program. Bound in teal cloth boards, book measures 5.75'' x 8.5'' and runs 400pp. Backstrip starting to separate from spine, shelf wear and some water rings to front board. A few pencil notes to interior. Overall in very good condition. Also with some vintage AA ephemera tucked into book.
