Dated 18 September 1907, Roosevelt signs with his usual elegant autograph, ''Theodore Roosevelt''. Countersigned by Robert Bacon as Acting Secretary of State. Two page document on single sheet measures 9.75'' x 12.875''. Fold, some foxing to margins and slight smudging to signature. Overall in very good condition.
