Bowl from the personal collection of President Ronald and Nancy Reagan, owned and used by them at their Bel Air, California home. Off-white bowl is from the storied Italian firm of Richard Ginori, which was founded in 1735 and originally known as the Doccia Porcelain Manufactory by Marchese Carlo Ginori; now known as Richard Ginori, the firm was acquired by Gucci in 2013. Light wear, overall near fine condition. Shallow bowl measures 10.25'' in diameter and 1.25'' tall. Originally sold at Christie's Reagan estate sale, with their lotting sticker present. Accompanying photo shows the President and Nancy sharing birthday cake on a plate from this service.
