Signed by King on the half-title page without inscription, ''Stephen King / 10/10/94'' in black felt-tip. With all first printing points present, including ''T39'' in gutter on page 823, and the date of 1978 on the title page. In original unclipped dust jacket showing price of $12.95, and with 35-line quote from the book on the back cover. Runs 823pp. and measures 5.75'' x 8.5''. Bound in mustard and black boards with gilt lettering. Both book and jacket are in near fine condition. Housed in custom custom clamshell case.
