Western Heritage award, issued by the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in its annual black-tie event. Award is the Wrangler, a metal sculpture designed by R. Muno, with metal plaque on base revealing the recipients as the writers Pat Burnham and Bill Miller of the 1985 short ''The Dream''. Text on base of statue reads, ''Wrangler / by R. Muno / The National Academy of Western Art and Sciences''. Sculpture measures approximately 10'' long x 2.5'' wide x 11.125'' tall on 9.5'' x 3'' x 1.75'' wooden base. Screws attaching plaque to wooden base are no longer present. Sculpture is in near fine condition.
