Lot of two Egyptology documents signed by French Egyptologist Georges Legrain, both dated 1910, a few years after Legrain's discovery of over 2,500 artifacts in the Karnak Temple, the largest such discovery ever recorded. Both documents on Egyptian Government watermarked stationery bear Arabic writing, and are signed ''G Legrain''. One document also bears the Stamp of the Antiquities Service in Luxor. Each document measures 6.625'' x 8.125''. Punch holes on left side of each, one affecting signature. Uniform toning, and light wear, overall very good condition.
