Contestants from all countries are listed, and the first page shows a photo of U.S. President Herbert Hoover. One of the stories is headlined ''Records Continue to Fall''. Program measures 7.5'' x 10.5'', printed by Times-Mirror Printing & Binding House in Los Angeles. 32pp. program is in very good condition, with some pencil scoring and writing to interior.
