McKuen also received an Academy Award nomination for ''Best Song'' for ''Jean''. Nomination certificate is inlaid in a plaque with the iconic Grammy award in the background. Plaque measures 8.5'' x 10.5'', with Perma Plaque marking to verso. Near fine condition.
