John Entwistle of The Who handwritten partial lyrics to his song ''Ten Little Friends'', the lead track on his album ''Whistle Rymes'', inspired by a collection of troll figures given to him by Keith Moon. In this early rendition, Entwistle titles the song ''Mr Bones an Me!'', with lyrics differing slightly from the recorded version. Uncorrected lyrics read, ''I aint goin to the party, I got everything I need / I'm happy sittin up here just Whiskey, man Mr Bones & me / I don't need no convesation, I don't need no cup of tea / I'm happy sitten up here just Whiskey man a me''. Entwistle also writes chords for the song at the top and bottom of the page, which measures 9.5'' x 12''. Very good condition. With a COA from the John Entwistle Foundation.
