Burger, William H. Rehnquist, Byron R. White, Sandra Day O'Connor, and Harry A. Blackmun. Photo measures 14'' x 10.5'' upon signed board measuring 18'' x 15''. Some scuffing to photo and mat, and a few dings to edges of mat, overall in good to very good condition with bold signatures.
