Program runs 64pp., full of fascinating articles, photographs and ''historical scenes'' as advertised on the front cover, including profiles of Cody, Annie Oakley, Johnnie Baker, Sitting Bull, Kicking Bear, Plenty Horses and others. Published by Stafford and Co., Nottingham, with color pictorial softcovers. Stapled cover detached from program, and some foxing, otherwise near fine condition.
