Woodrow Wilson White House china saucer, the most popular pattern of china re-ordered by the Harding, Coolidge, Hoover and even Clinton administrations. its simple but rich design features the Presidential seal at top - raised in gilt for a three-dimensional effect, with a gilt band of stars and strips along the rim, and a thin gilt band at the shoulder, all accenting the cream and white colors of the plate. This is the first set of Presidential china made in the United States, with the manufacturer's stamp on underside reading, ''The White House / 1918 / L [Lenox] / Dulin & Martin Co. / Washington, D.C.''
